This historic photographic exhibition captures the lives of families, residents, teddies in windows and pets who live in the beautiful village of Knutsford, United Kingdom while indoors under the lockdown during the outbreak of Covid 19.
All images taken by Sarah Jane King were been captured by the roadside or at distance by a window whilst people and pets had been safely inside their homes.
Whilst on Sarah's daily 1 hr of exercise she was inspired by how people were managing life under lockdown and their ability to be creative, pass the time, connect or maybe drive each other a little bonkers some days !
You can view this heartfelt collection of simple images in the "Life in Lockdown" photographic exhibition which won her the UK photographer of the year for the On your Door Step photography awards she submitted works in.
Moments captured that will make you reflect, smile & laugh while taking you on a journey around the streets meeting the locals.
From behind the lens you will see how Sarah tells a simple & unique story that we can all relate to at this moment in time.
Please donate if you are able. The below charity has been chosen for their ongoing support towards many people in need during the pandemic.
Cheshire Community Foundation is urgently appealing to the local Knutsford community to contribute to its dedicated Knutsford Fund.
